Who Are We?

OSC is an international company with several wholly and partially owned companies that are part of the OSC "family." Our main business is to bring state-of-art technologies from North American to China utility industry. Our headquarter is in San Jose, California with branch offices in Beijing, Shanghai, Chengdu, and other places coming in Chinaa. OSC was founded by Dr. Robert E. Larson in 1991.
